Josh Robinson
CEO & Founder

He began LMS with the idea of offering a full music package to upcoming artists. He drives his team forward with his business knowledge and seemingliness motivation. He intends to progress his knowledge by studying business management at Kingston University. Josh has won multiple business awards including Young Enterprise ‘Best business in the South’. He has a real passion and knowledge in the music industry and is always looking out for upcoming, local music. His ambition is to make LMS a household name in the UK, based in London. Josh is determined to reach his goals and the team would expect nothing less of him.

Josh MacGowan
Director of LMS Records and Technical Manager for LMS

Josh has always wanted to be involved in the music industry from a young age. His passion begun at the age of 7, when he first starting playing drums. His ambition was eventually edged towards the technical side. However, he still continues to play the drum and is still gigging to this day. Josh has an astonishing amount of experience at the age of 18. He has been working at various liv events usually as a sound engineers all over the country for over 5 years. From pub gigs, weddings and festivals to more recently events with over 10,000 attending, Josh has worked with some of the biggest audio companies in the UK. More recently, he has collaborated his company, Small Sound Barriers with Local Music Scene. As for the recording side, he has just finished a 2 year course at college studying music. During this time, he was one of the few to use the studio and record multiple bands in a professional studio setting. Josh has a specialist  knowledge which he frequently put’s to use at our LMS events. He is a key asset to the team.

Elliott Beddoe
Head of LMS Promotions

After joining LMS back in May, he has since become Chief Editor. Elliott spends a lot of his time behind the scenes, working on articles and videos that you’ll find on the YouTube channel and website. He frequently attends LMS events where he takes on the role of filming, interviewing and writing articles. Some of his early work can be found on the LMS website. His central drive is around LMS YouTube channel. He anticipates to provide quality content such as live sessions, interviews and short films. The channel focuses on offering non-mainstream bands the opportunity to share their music. He’s edited interviews with music legends including Craig David, The Blossoms and The Hunna. He is currently studying Multimedia Journalism at Bournemouth University. 

Charlie Kelly
Website Management

Charlie manages the front-end and back-end of the website, so all of the stuff you see, and all of the stuff you don’t. Charlie works as an IT Technician at a Private School in Winchester, but also works on lots of technology-based projects in his spare time.

Ben Shafiie
Head of LMS Management 

Ben is our Lead Band Manager. He has always had a passion to help others and is hoping to study Business Management at University. This will allow him to gain an even greater understanding of marketing and event management. Ben intends to work closely alongside bands and artists, to help make sure they make the correct lifestyle choices to progress in their career. He worked alongside Sweetener, where he helped host events and produce music.  He has a love for a wide range of different genres of music including indie rock bands such as Oasis and The Kooks to DJs like Tourist and RnB/Soul artists like Bryson Tiller, The Weeknd and PartyNextDoor.

Joely Boyd
Head of Media 

Joely is a passionate photographer who loves all genres of music. She has just completed her second year of  A levels, studying English Literature and Language, Graphics and Photography. She is now taking time out to concentrate on LMS on a larger scale as well taking some time out to travel. Come September 2017, she will be attending University of Ravensbourne to study Digital Advertising and Design.


Grace is passionate about music and has been attending gigs for years . She has seen a wide array of bands and is always looking for new music and bands to go and see. Her role in LMS is to act as journalist producing insightful articles for our readers. Grace also introduces LMS to new and up and coming bands for us to work with as well as more experienced bands.
